TEXT SIZEThe Town of East Fishkill Planning and Zoning Departments receive applications for Site Plan Approval, Approval of Subdivisions, Special Use Permits and Zoning Variances, as well as Architectural Review Board (ARB) Applications.
The Planning and Zoning Departments are located on the Lower Level of Town Hall.
The entrance is in the rear of the building.
The Town Engineer and Town Planner can be found in the Planning and Zoning Department offices.
