Use caution when traveling Rt. 82 both north bound and south bound, obey speed limits and construction signage in the work zones. Businesses along Rt 82 will be open and have access, residents will have access to their driveways and emergency response vehicles will have access to all locations. Old Farm Road, East Old Farm Road, West Old Farm Road, Timothy Lane - (Watermain Installation) On or about August 19, 2019 watermain installation will begin on Old Farm Road, East Old Farm Road, West Old Farm Road and Timothy Lane. All roads will experience "single lane closures" as well as intermittent double lane closures while trucks are delivering materials to the operation. Contractors will be performing watermain installation along the shoulders of the roads. Use caution when traveling along these roads, obey speed limits and construction signage in the work zones. Residents will have access to their driveways and emergency response vehicles will have access to all roadways. Stay alert, be patient and be aware of traffic control devices, flaggers and changing traffic patterns during the temporary closures

Along Rt 82 from Clove Branch Road to Old Farm Road; Clove Branch Road, Henry Drive, Cavelo Road, Baris Lane, Thunder Road, Creamery Road, Hamilton Road, Hamilton Drive, Canterbury Court, Lenart Drive, Tall Pines Drive, Hausner Drive, JoAnn Road, Dogwood Road, Hemlcok Drive, Ryan Drive: (Water Service Curb Stop Installation)

In the coming weeks we will be continuing to install "curb stops", which is the point that will serve as the connection between the water main and the future water service to your homes and businesses. We may implement a "single lane closure" of the road during the curb stop installation and will also implement a "double lane closure' while materials are being delivered within the work zone. We will maintain access to resident and business driveways during the work; however, we are requesting that cars not be parked on the road shoulder's when the work is in your area. Notifications are made daily for ‘emergency response' vehicles and school buses making them aware of the work activities. Access for these services will always be maintained. During the installation, construction equipment may sit on the edge of your property to properly excavate and install the service piping and fittings. At the end of the installation the work area will be graded, and restoration work will be scheduled in accordance with the planting seasons. We will continue to respect your property and your concerns, however to provide the utmost safety for our employees and the residents of the area we are required to prevent persons other than authorized personnel with proper personal protective equipment into the work zone area. We will make every effort to answer your questions in a safe manner outside the work zone.

During these activities we ask that you remain patient and be aware of roadway traffic control devices, our flaggers and the evolving traffic patterns as we complete this phase of work.
